How do I use the product correctly?

Can I add other scents into the beads?

Yes! You may choose to use your scent of choice to soak the beads for usage. However, Ascensio does not guarantee the quality of the product and the longevity of scent should you decide to use your own scent.

How long does the scent last?

Using a parfum-concentration scent, our beads will usually last between 5-14 days.

A higher concentration scent used will result in longer longevity

Are the materials hypoallergenic?

Yes, our accessories are made of high-quality 925 Sterling Silver, which is free from nickel, lead and cadmium, and is hypoallergenic.

Do you accept personalised designs?

As of now, we do not allow personalised designs.

What will I receive when I purchase the product?

The product comes in a set consisting of: 

  • Accessory (Necklace OR Bracelet etc.)

  • Aroma Beads

  • 5ml Bottle of Scent of choice

  • Soaking Cup

  • Anti-Tarnish Polishing Cloth

How long will it take for my product to arrive?

Your package will arrive at your doorstep within 3-5 working days upon the confirmation of your order.  All products will be delivered by our in-house staffs! You may also refer to our shipping policy for more information here.

What happens if my product is defective?

If you receive a damaged or defective product, you may contact us via email on theascensio@gmail.com , or via the chatbot on this page, or via WhatsApp to +65 8727 1483 regarding the product. You may also refer to our return & exchange policy for more information here.

Do you ship to other countries apart from Singapore?

We regret to inform that we currently do not offer shipments of our product to other countries apart from Singapore. Ascensio promises to work hard to offer this service as soon as possible. Do check out our social media page for updates on this shipping policy!
