Requesting for Return / Exchange

In a situation where your item has any defect(s), you may contact us via email on or via WhatsApp us on +65 8727 1483. Alternatively,.


Please include the following information in your message / email: 

  1. Order Number

  2. Defect(s) detected in the form of: 

    • Description

    • Picture (if applicable)


Our team will be in touch with you within 1 - 3 working days. 


  • We accept exchange or return for items with defects within 10 days from the date of delivery. 


To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof or purchase. 


To return your product, please refer to the Shipping section of this page. 


Once the product has been delivered to us, we will notify you via email that we have received your returned product. We will then notify you on the follow-up actions (exchange / refund) via email as well. 



  • Original product is required. Exchanged or returned product(s) must be in its new and original condition. 

    • The original product packaging must be attached with its attached price tags and labels. 


  • Product(s) will be exchanged according to the availability of size & colour of charms and/or length & colour of chains.


Non-returnable items:

  • Aroma Beads​​

  • Scents

  • Gift Cards


  • We will only replace items if they are proven to be damaged or defective. 



Partial refunds will only be granted in situations where (if applicable): 

  • A product is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

  • A product is returned more than 10 days after the date of delivery. 


Once your product has been properly inspected, we will notify via email whether your request for exchange has been approved / rejected. 


If it has been approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 15 working days.

The time taken for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location. 


If you are shipping a product over $50, we recommend you to consider using a trackable shipping option or shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
